Recent Work
Current Projects
Much of my recent work has been done through my full-time position. I do not list those projects here. My next personal projects include a responsive website redesign for Lycoming Animal Protection Society (launching this summer) and a wedding website for myself and my fiancée.

Lycoming College

What I Did:
A large amount of my web development experience came from my student web developer position (Nov. 2008 - Dec. 2011) while I was attending Lycoming College. The position was 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and essentially full-time hours during summer and other breaks. Examples of my responsibilities were:
- Partnered with web team to manage day-to-day website updates, implement new projects and provide user support for various web systems.
- Assisted in the implementation of two site-wide reprogramming projects. The first was to update the website to current web standards to improve maintainability and optimization, and the second was a complete redesign of the college website coupled with a shift from predominately static XHTML pages to exclusively ASP.NET using C# code behind.
- Individually developed several interactive components for the website using jQuery. Examples include the Virtual Tour and Meet Interns sections of the website.
- Programmed a large number of web forms for various departments, especially for Alumni Relations.
- Heavily involved in any troubleshooting.
- Performed the majority of front-end administration work on the myLyco Microsoft SharePoint portal.

Feedback:
“I've watched Bobby expand and refine his web-related skill sets for more than two years. His understanding of jQuery puts him at a ninja-like level! Bobby produces excellent results in times faster than expected.”
Spyke Krepshaw
Executive Director of Web Development,
Lycoming College
“Bobby clearly was more productive than the vast majority of students we have hired over the years. He not only learned new technology fast and with enthusiasm, but applied it daily while developing and supporting the Lycoming College web site. He was a key team player during our recoding and redesign of the site, as well as, very involved in the implementation of a new campus portal. Employees at all levels of the College depended on his support and development work. If we had an opening, I would highly consider hiring him.”

Society of Physics Students - Lycoming College
Website - lycoming.edu/orgs/sps
What I Did:
The SPS website was horribly outdated (by about 8 years) when I took it over. On top of creating a completely new design for the site, I also accumulated a large amount of archive data for the physics department's weekly colloquium. I also updated the site on a weekly basis to add the promotional flyer for the next upcoming colloquium.

Commuter Student Organization - Lycoming College
Website - lycoming.edu/orgs/cso
What I Did:
CSO needed a simple website to display basic information about the group in order to comply with campus policy. With this in mind, and considering that we did not have a lot of information to display, I created a very simple design with a "dashboard" style homepage.
